I have a theory about living down here near the Gulf of Mexico
where plants are forever green.
When Fall comes around and it's time for Halloween,
we just have to pull out all the stops and decorate.
It's sort of our color changes!
It makes us think that Fall is here and one day it will get cool.
So, today I'm sharing a Halloween tea.
My black and white tea for one.
I love the design with all the different tea pots.
I forgot to take a photo of the bottom of the cup and tea pot.
The mark looks like a postage stamp with Pewter Tea Pots,
Designed in England written in the middle.
I was reading the latest issue of Martha Stewart Magazine.
I'm not a big magazine reader except for this time of year
when I go hog wild and pig crazy if any publication has anything about
the upcoming holidays. The prettier the photographs the better!
Under GOOD THINGS I found:
"Sensational Sip"
"Cider Rules"
"For those chilly autumn mornings when it's still too early to brew a hot toddy, try a warm, steamy cup of tea steeped in hot cider instead of water. We especially like Earl Grey tea; the resulting combination is a lightly sweet, subtly tart drink that warms the senses."
Will you try it???
Thanks to our tea party hostesses.
These are just a few of the tea parties in the Land of Blog.
Wishing YOU well and a wonderful cup of tea!

What a fun Halloween tea! I love the black cat (dressed for the occasion) and what a fun teapot!
Cute eek sign :) And, adorable tea-for-one pot. Works great for spooky vignettes but equally nice for other occasions as well.
I think I will try the idea for tea steeped in cider...
What a fun display! Love your b/w teacup and the black kitty cat is sooo cute. Happy Tea Tuesday Snap!

Hi Snap,
thanks for your visit and the sweet comment.
Your black cat looks really scary. The tea for one is cute and all is a wonderful haloween decoration. Hot Cider with tea? - I will give it a try. Thank you for this idea.
Best greetings, Johanna
So neat!
Love the phrase "pig crazy." Hahaha -- never heard that one, just "hog wild."
that tea pot is adorable; the cat may haunt my dreams!
All the best -- Cass
Hello Snap,
I loved your tea for one!
It's very original and being in black and white very suitable for spooky sessions together with the black cat
:)
Thanks for the tea.
Great black and white and Halloween all over. And I might have to try that tea brewed with cider.
Cute teapot! Happy Tea Tuesday!
Blessings,
Sandi
I love your neighborhood at Halloween! I dream of living in a climate where things stay green year around. But it is true that I might miss the reds and oranges and yellows and the sense of shifting in nature. I wouldn't miss the snow, though. No, I definitely wouldn't miss the snow.
My daughter was born on Halloween so I love to come over there and see all the different ways you all decorate for your fall. Yours is so different, love your black pussy cat. Thank you for visiting me too.xx
Hello Snap...
I do love when the holidays roll around beginning with Halloween. I, too, live in a region of Texas where my memory of the cooler, crisp autumn days of the northeast is what keeps me going. But I do write lots of poems and songs about it, and that helps.
I enjoy your Halloween tea time. the teapot works perfectly for the season.
Happy Tuesday, and many cooler days ahead...
Marianne
Definitely a "Treat" here!!! Your teapot is perfect for the Halloween tea ... wonderful setting..xo Blessings, HHL
That is an awesome Halloween display! Love the EEK!
I love that black cat! I'm here in Florida, too and I get in the mood looking at all of the festive blogs! I may want to pick up this magazine...the cover looks neat! ♥

Hi, Snap
I like tea and cider, but I'm not sure I want to combine the two. But, who knows, maybe it's good.
I took a look at your "yarn along" section. Wow, you've created so many things. I bow to you!
