Postcard Friendship Friday

Postcard Friendship Friday is hosted every Friday by the lovely Beth.
If you like postcards (or even if you don't), you'll want to visit!!!!!

With the holiday coming up,
I went to the New York Public Library site to find a 4th of July postcard.
When I searched on 4th of July Postcards, this is the only one that popped up.

Have a safe, wonderful weekend.
Eat lots of good food (good for you or not).

Happy PFF!

Is that kid shooting off a gun? Must be an NRA postcard!

This is a great old one!, love those fire crackers exploding. Love to watch them, hate to do it.
I was afraid of sparklers as a kid! Happy 4th.
Hope you are not too hot, or wet down there from
the hurricane...

Fireworks do frighten me but it's a lovely card! Happy PFF and a happy (and safe) 4 July too!

It looks as though everything that can be is going to be set alight, even the 4th of July, I do love a firework display.

Cool card - I loved loved loved sparklers - still do! Also enjoyed going into Mexico just past Tijuana and getting fireworks and M-80s there. It felt so exciting!

Happy 4th.

Neat postcard.... I'm surprised there weren't many more of these types of postcards around back then... But---you found a neat one...

Hope you all have a great 4th weekend.

Hugs,
Betsy

Even the typography of this card is a blast! Please, don't eat too much. For a non-American the 4th of July sounds as something very odd. But OK we enjoy the soccer madness and even very respectable people are running around, yelling and dressed in orange here. Happy PFF (and 4th of July)!
