While walking to the post office I saw this
Lincoln Continental.
WOW!
I went home (letter not posted),
got my camera,
walked back,
and started taking pictures.
The letter did get posted.
COOL!
AWESOME!
Sort of a self-portrait in the reflection.
Keep those cameras handy!
I'm linking to MY WORLD and

I love a classic car! That is beautiful. One of my favorite shows is Top Gear(UK) version. Lincoln still has really pretty autos. Great car!

What a beauty! And your shots capture its elegance.
VERY cool! :-o
What a car! Don't often see one of these anymore. xo
Wow---that Lincoln Continental is gorgeous... Someone has really taken good care of that old car.
Hugs,
Betsy
There was a time when a car was truly a luxury item - especially something like this one! You must have been quite taken aback!
Wow! That was a definite "go back and get your camera" type of car to see, Snap! It looks one of a kind! Beautiful!
Beautiful shots of vintage car. I love it.
Beautiful mosaics of a classy car!
Wow!! That car is awesome! And the color I do love it!
Mosaic Monday
I love the shade of blue in this old Lincoln. Yes, sometimes I think I just need to attach the camera to my arm or something. I'm always wishing I had it when I don't. And we have similar self portraits today! I have an old photo of us in the car with my dad, and lo and behold if one looks closely they can see my mom in the car reflection, holding her brownie camera at her waist as they did, with her bobby sox and saddle shoes evident!
You took the words right out of my mouth....Cool and awesome...thanks for sharing this with us!!
Wow, what a classic and its in such beautiful condition. Great photographs. We are neighbors this evening at MM. Hope your evening is great.

What a great looker! Definitely worth returning home to grab the camera!
WOW, indeed, It is a handsome car!! This is a treasure! My in-laws had or 4 antique cars and we really loved riding in them They were head-turners just like this one! This is grand! Thanks for bringing back some fond memories! Have a wonderful week! Cathy
I would have gone back for my camera too! These are wonderful photos!
That's a fantastic looking car, and very fanciful too!
How neat is that! I always think...don't they need this for a movie set? Enjoy your Monday! ♥
which goes to show that you should always carry a camera with you - any camera! Beautiful car! Have a wonderful week and thankyou for stopping by my blog to say hi!
Wow, that's a heavy car in more ways than one. It made a wonderful mosaic, Snap. Very Panache!
Enjoy the day,
Marianne
Classic cars have such elegance. I love the color of this one! Good for you for taking the time to turn back and get your camera.
Wow. What a beauty. How much fun it would be to take a ride in that beauty.
That is one snazzy car!
Thanks for the b-day wishes. Much appreciated. :-)
THIS is ONE. KILLER. CAR.
So glad you went home for the camera. :))
I have 2 little point and shoot cameras...one for home and one stays in my purse at all times. :)))

WOW! WOW! WOW! This is one fantastic post. So glad you decided to go home for the trusty camera. Your mosaics of each and every little bit of that gorgeous machine are awesome. I could look at them all afternoon and not get tired of what I was seeing. Wonder if the owner is one of the CEO’s of a big bank! They definitely have the money for a prize like this. By the way, I adore your Pathological Picture Taker and would love to add it to my sidebar with permission. It is one of the best I have seen in ages. Happy Week....Genie
Pretty spectacular indeed. Last visit to Cali and they had a classic car show, woohoo is all I can say. xox Corrine
Very cool ! A real work of art.
Happy Monday, Snap !
Wow!! Boom & Gary of the Vermilon River, Canada.
I do love that car! And what terrific captures! It's easy to see you were having a ball! How fun! Thanks for sharing it with us! Have a great week! Enljoy!

Wow, so shiny and beautiful! You were lucky there was enough time to go back for your camera. Very cool!
Oh yes, the getting photos of this car was much more important than any letter that needed mailed (Unless you were mailing me a check.)
Great advice to keep those cameras handy.
What an awesome car - great shots!
You took some great shots of the classic Lincoln.
Such a stately car. What a classic.
I think that cars had more glamour and pizzaz in the "olden days."
Snap! See what little distraction got you in? A beauty, and I love the color!
Very vintage, shiny and very well kept!
Wow! I hope the letter wasn't a bill to be paid that's now overdue!! But who cares when you've got something like this to snap!!
Why don't modern cars have this kind of class?? Or is it just me?!
Great photoseries about this beautiful vintage car! These details of it are so unique.
Thanks for your comment . Roger was good he had seven answers right! Have a go.
They really don’t make them like that anymore!
Cheers - Stewart M
You still have a Post OFfice? Lucky you!
It is a beautiful car and you did a gret job documenting it. :)
Beautiful pictures love the old timers !
Wow, that is one of the most beautiful cars. I am so glad you took photo's and showed them to us.
Beautiful, and I reckon these vintage cars are more reliable than most modern models. Mine is in the hospital right now, the linkage assembly disintergrated leaving me stranded 40 miles from home, in the dark.
I'm still showing my last weeks entry on my RandomPics blog, it has several vintage cars, pics and slide, that were on show during our recent War Weekend, I fell in love with a beautiful Bentley and my dh was eyeing a Chrysler....
WOW! That's some car! Glad you went home to get your camera. :)
Wow, awesome car and photos. Thanks for visiting my blog! Have a great week! Kit
Great find, I'd go back for may camera, too.
I love to see your priorities are in order - capturing beauty before taking care of the practical letter posting. Great reflection shot of you too!
What a stunning piece of art. It shows a lot of love and care! My dad would have loved this.
so super cool! love how you captured so many angles.
What a beautiful and well-kept car! Even the convertible top looks like it's in pristine condition.
Gorgeous car and what a color! Cars today are just so bland. I'm sure the owner would appreciate your enthusiasm for the vehicle. not sure however how they would like their license plate posted on the internet.
