August Break

Back in August 2010, the lovely Susannah Conway decided to give herself a break from writing blog posts and instead shared a photo or two each day without the pressure of finding words. She blogged about it (of course), invited everyone to join her and that is how The August Break was born. This year she is doing things a little bit different and supplying suggested prompts for the day. This is especially handy for folks like me who live where August becomes UGHust because of the heat and our brains turn to mush! The point is to give yourself a break. Take a photo and share it -- with or without words. I participated last year and I'm going to try it again this year. Tally Ho on August 1!
Care to join us? Check out all the information here.

Wishing you well and much joy.

  1. I participated in this in 2011 and really enjoyed it, although I found there wasn't much interaction amongst the group members -- maybe that's changed.

I found it almost impossible not to post words and fell off the wagon a few times! Thanks for the reminder!
