Blooming in Musashi's Garden!

It's been raining.
Yippee!
We are still in a drought, but at least Mother Earth is wet
and my garden is happy!

Sun Flare Rose Mosaic

I zipped out into Musashi's Garden before the last rain.

Sun Fare Rose Mosaic

I wanted to make sure I photographed Sun Flare before the rain
messed with the blooms!

Sun Flare Rose Mosaic

Sun Flare is a floribunda rose, small and bushy.
Perfect in a container and it really likes Musashi's Garden.
Unfortunately, it has little or no scent and I like my roses to SMELL!

My thanks to Mary for hosting Mosaic Monday.

Wishing YOU Well and a JOY filled week!

  7. I've got months to go before my roses bloom so I'll enjoy your fabulous yellow ones. I have a red one that doesn't have much fragrance and, like you, much prefer the ones with fragrance.

  8. I like my roses to smell, too, but these are so pretty they almost make up for their lack of scent.

  9. I agree with you...a rose should smell like a rose. At least it's a beautiful colour.

I'm not sure my first comment went through, I think I Xed it out by mistake so this may be a repeat. Maybe not.

  13. Can't get "Yellow Rose of Texas" out of my head after seeing these lovelies. Yellow roses always make me smile as I had them in my wedding bouquet way back in 1975.

  15. Musashi's Garden has some gorgeous roses! The yellow is so bright and cheery and some of those petals look like velvet.
