Postcard Friendship Friday

The lovely hostess for Postcard Friendship Friday is Beth.
Be sure to visit!

I've been away from the blog for awhile, but now that Mr. Dragon is home,
I hope I'll be able to catch up with all of you.

St. Patrick's Day Postcard

Since St. Patrick's Day was this week, I'm posting another of the Lillian Vernon Corporation's reproduction vintage postcards.

Hope your St. Patrick's Day was fun, with lots of green beer, corned beef and cabbage!

  1. Happy belated St. Patrick's Day!

I wonder if they ever say "top of the evening to you."

  2. "In the morning," huh? I'll bet they weren't so lively after a night of drinking green beer!

  3. So, so glad to hear you are home. Mr. Dragon must be happy to be in familiar surroundings as well with his furry family (and you!) by his sides.

  4. Glad to hear he's home. My prayers for continued returned to full health and then you both can dance a green jig.
    Blessings ;-)

  5. What a wonderfully happy card, I could almost dance a jig. But don't forget to put on your list potato, no Irish meal would be complete without it.

  6. I love these old holiday postcards - I'm finding it harder and harder to find any kind of postcards to buy in stores!

  7. What a lovely lovely postcard!

    Blessings & Aloha!
(Thank you so much for stopping by and commenting!) Our son and his buddies left yesterday to drive back to Ky for college, so I am trying to catch up now before the work week starts...)

  9. We don't really celebrate St Patrick's Day at all here, even though I was born in Dublin. My grandmother and then my mother used to make us colcannon, and that was about all. I love seeing all the vintage cards around.

We are all so busy these days. It means a lot that you dropped in to visit and left a comment. I hope you come back to visit soon.
