Making Himself At Home

I ordered new bird feeders.
It took the birds a little while to find them.
They learned quickly they could hop inside and feast away -- even in the rain.

It wasn't only the birds who found the feeders.
We now have a new species of furry birds ---
Ha!!!!!

Squirrel

He has made himself right at home.
Chowing down.
Leave some for the birds, please!

Wishing YOU well and much joy!

(Edited to add: Several of you have asked about the bird feeders.
They are from Gardeners Supply Company, the moon drop feeders.)

  3. Squirrels can be obnoxious, but they are so cute. Their saving grace, I suppose.

  7. Cute, but very annoying, I had to stop feeding the birds since the squirrels would eat all the seed before the birds found it.

  9. Hello, what a cute new feeder. It looks like a gourd? The squirrels are always the first to dine at the feeders. Great shots. Thank you so much for linking up and sharing your post. Have a happy weekend!

  11. I love your new feeder and your little guest!!! I so wish I had a wee yard like yours. I know how blessed I am to have found this townhouse and I certainly have made it home, but at times I so long for a little spot of earth to call my own. Thank you for sharing yours.

  12. Those grey squirrels can be quite endearing but as everyone agrees, they can also be a nuisance.
