Came bob, bob, bobbing along --
he made an early morning visit to Musashi's Garden.
Not my usual visitor for the morning buffet.
He took a bath in the fountain.
No pictures -- although I did try -- he was just a blur.
Here he is sitting drying off.
(I wonder where I put the tiny towels?)
The sun was just beginning to find the garden.
Pleased with himself, I think.
Come back again, Mr. Robin!
Pretty shot of your Robin soaking up the sun! Happy Sunday!
ReplyDeleteSuch a lovely shot of the Robin! Perfect for Sunlit Sunday.
ReplyDeleteThis photograph truly speaks of . . .
ReplyDelete"Red, Red, Robin . . ."
He's a sweetie! :)
ReplyDeleteRobins are a comforting arrival of spring.

That's a really nice picture. The robins are active in my garden, too, now, but I haven't been able to get any pictures that good.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful photo of the elusive robin! They have all flown south or west or somewhere away from our yard and gardens! Looking forward to seeing them in the spring!
ReplyDeleteBlessings,
Gert
Hi Snap!
ReplyDeleteWhat a delightful image of your pretty visitor! Robins always symbolize spring for me, ever since I learned the song, 'Robin in the Rain', in kindergarten! Do you know it?

Your photo made me happy! We will not see robins here in Michigan for a while yet. We have a mating pair that return every year to build a nest and raise a family on our front porch. I am looking forward to sharing those photos this year. Thank you for stopping my my blog Friday, and I am so glad that I came by for a visit here.
ReplyDeleteAwwww so cute, so pert, so morning fresh!
ReplyDeleteLovely! The morning light is glorious! No such thing here today; the skies are leaden and threatening winter mix.
ReplyDeleteThat is such a beautiful photograph, Snap. The robin seems to be standing so proudly, facing the sun head on and enjoying its warmth. I love the fluffy red feathers.
ReplyDeleteThanks for joining in with Sunlit Sunday. I had thought you might be bringing Theodore, so you surprised me with yet another sunny post!

You peeping tom! A bird wants some privacy in the bath, LOL!
ReplyDeleteHe looks so lovely in the sunshine!
ReplyDeleteDoesn't he just look so proud of himself?
ReplyDeleteLovely shot of the robin after his ablutions!
I love robin sightings and it will be a couple of months before we see any around here. Have a great Sunday.
ReplyDeleteSnap,
ReplyDeleteThat's a beautiful robin photo. We have had a few around here.

Nice shot.
ReplyDeleteThank you. Love love, Andrew. Bye.
A robin! How wonderful. We won't see any for a couple of months!
ReplyDeleteI enjoyed seeing your robin. We saw one today in the crabapple tree. Have a lovely week.
ReplyDeleteI bet this robin is a lot happier than the ones I have seen this winter in my neck of the woods. ;)
ReplyDeleteWhat a sweet Robin!
ReplyDeleteI always said a Robin was an indication of Spring. She is a pretty one. So I guess the water in the bath isn't frozen then. Do you offer heated towels at your bird hotel?
ReplyDeleteHave a wonderful week,
Cindy
I can hardly wait for spring when the robins will return to my part of the world.
ReplyDeleteThat's a really gorgeous shot of a robin, and I love the poem that you've put with it.
ReplyDeleteWhat a sweet robin! I like her sparkling eye. I enjoy your narration too!!
ReplyDeleteWith smile
Thank you for visiting Green Tomato!
Your photo of the Robin and your poem made me very happy. It's going to be a good day! Thank you for that.
