A Little Tea Enchantment

Important things first:
To all my Canadian Friends -- Happy Canada Day!

*
There is no reason I can't enjoy the heat with a little
Enchanted Tea.

Tea

Enchanted Lands
Iced tea in a pretty green glass mug
A mini carnation
and I can forget about the heat for awhile!

Iced Tea

I used one of Nancy's textures at 50%.

Tea and Flowers

I erased the texture over the carnation.

A little fun editing on a hot day -- iced tea at hand!

Thank you Nancy!

Thank you to our tea party hosts:

Wishing YOU well, much joy and a wonderful cup of tea!

  10. I like iced tea too. My favorite iced tea is made with Lipton's Orange and spice black tea. Recently I also tried my hand at use of an herb in my garden: Lemon Verbena tea. I bruised the leaves and let them soak in the tea for a few hours - for that tea, I used a plain black tea. It was good too. Summer is a great time to relax with a good book and a glass of iced tea!

  11. Oh what a delightful shot!!! I love the first one. I like the textures too, but the colors and clarity in the unedited shot are like string to a cat's brain for me. HAPPY!
