The bunnies are coming out of hiding and
things are turning green!
A bunny with a rose from the garden.
I found the teapot at World Market at the end of the Easter season last year.
I like the bunnies, the carrots and the lovely green color.
I thought it would go well with my green glass.
The ceramic bunny was made in Brazil for the Avon company.
I bet I've had it for 30 years and it holds a candle.
The towel in the back ground is from Angela McRae .
She had lovely give-a-ways this year to celebrate Valentine's Day.
Thank you Angela!
I put it to work immediately!
Thank you to our tea party hosts:
Wishing YOU well and much joy!
That bunny beside the rose is so cute! Did you make him? I'm usually not a dark green fan but your teapot has won me over...it's lovely and whimsical.

Is there such a thing as carrot tea? Hmmm, I wonder. I bet there is -- maybe at a health food store?
ReplyDeleteYour spring tea pot is delightful just for the color of it and the rabbits on the side. Lovely signs of spring, which become very important to those of us who don't see any beyond the windows.
ReplyDeleteLovely. Love that green glass.

Hi Snap, I'm in love with your teapot. It goes so well with your green depression glass and your cute bunny. It sure looks like spring to me!!
ReplyDeleteOur bunnies won't come out until the end of the month. We celebrate my birthday on Easter this year and my grandson's the very next day. It is a celebration month because it was my son-in-law's birthday today. Then, we can't forget St. Paddy's Day!
ReplyDeleteI love the first composition, it's so sweet!
ReplyDeleteWonderful decorations!
Léia

And the bunny teapot is such a beauty... and it can even speak Portuguese to me, having been made in Brazil... ;)

Hello there,
ReplyDeleteThankyou for your visit and comment, I really appreciate it.
I believe I am ready for Spring as well. I like how you used green colors for your post as a reminder of what's to come. Green grass, leaves budding out on the trees, flower stems, etc. Can't wait! Gina
It's love seeing the bunnies starting to appear on blogs!
ReplyDeleteYour teapot is very grand, such a beautiful green glaze.
Love your cloth bunny admiring the lovely red rose!
Shane ♥
The teapot design pleasantly surprised me, the bunnies made me smile.
ReplyDeleteThis is the time for bunnies and green things sprouting everywhere ( my orchard & gardens prove it) and your post is a sweet reminder of this.
What a cute teapot! I love your Sandwich Pattern green snack set. I have four sets in clear glass. I may have to look for them in color. The green brings such a pretty color to the table.
ReplyDeleteI like your green teapot. Yesterday they had a sale at World Market on tea, but I didn't make it. A rose from the garden, wow - I am impressed.
