Action in the Bath!

It's getting hot in Musashi's Garden and the birds are enjoying the bird baths.
Cleaning out the bath and fountain is one of my first chores of the day.
The kitties and I have seen cardinals, blue jays, doves, sparrows taking their turn.

Bird Bath Mosaic

There are two blue jays who visit the bath together.
Coming and going, usually before I can grab the camera.

  7. Wow....you got some great shots. The other day I got a shot of a yellow bird at our birdbath but it was through the window and not so close-up. These are amazing!

  8. Not so fond of the Blue Jays that frequent my back yard because they attacked my little Yorkie...pecked him in the eye...vet bill. I do love to sit and watch the Cardinals who seem to have adopted our trees and shrubs. Your fountain is lovely. Thank you for sharing your wonderful photos and for stopping by my post. Cherry Kay

  11. Thanks for coming to my blog -- I like making new friends. That bluejay is hilarious. I have some in my yard, but they are mean. They chase off all the other birds from the birdbath!
