Would you believe? I didn't have an Easter Postcard in my collection of *paper stuff*.
So I headed over to the New York Public Library and copied the first one that popped up!
1912 Postmark
Love from Aunt Pauline
Love the *Master* title of the young man!
Beth is our hostess for Postcard Friendship Friday.
Be sure to visit!
i only have one easter postcard too! funny isn't it?...everybody else seems to have dozens! you borrowed a good one... happy easter and happy PFF!
ReplyDeleteDefinitely a pretty little boy, Easter always brings out the cute cards!
ReplyDeleteLovely card! Aunt Pauline forgot to cross her "t" - looks like she sent the card to a "masher" by the name of Ellwood.
ReplyDeleteIt feels like there is a story in just those names - Ellwood Maguire and Aunt Pauline.
ReplyDeleteBunnies are cute, no matter where they appear!
ReplyDeleteWhat a sweet postcard. Thanks for sharing!

I always wished for handwriting like on those old postcards. Alas, not to be. Thanks for sharing.
ReplyDeleteWhat a sweet postcard you found at your library!! I have never searched our library for vintage postcards...haven't really had the time but I think I will go and see what ours has on file!
ReplyDeleteThank you for sharing!Kymberly
happy PFF, and thanks for visiting my blog.
ReplyDeleteI don't have any Easter postcards, either, and my friend with all the holiday postcards from the early 1900s hasn't lent me any! Interesting font chosen for the message - it's hard to read!
ReplyDeleteMy favorite vintage cards are the ones with writing on the back. I wonder what Master Ellwood was like as a young boy? Happy PFF!
ReplyDeleteSweet card love all the little bunnies... PFF
ReplyDeleteThanks for stopping by!
