Wrecking Week 5

It's week 5 of Wreck This Journal at The Next Chapter book blogging group. I took last week off and found myself doing things like cleaning closets. So, maybe, Jamie, this wrecking is leading to other things around the house!

For this week I had a great time with the pencil poking holes in the page. Just poking the hole wasn't enough. I had to force the pencil all the way through the page. I had a great time and wrinkled the page a bit, too.

Tearing strips was great, too. Both of these exercises were active and I thought I should tear up another page and poke more holes!

I've been looking at the back of the journal. It says to tape the journal up and mail it to yourself. I thought I'd better do that before there wasn't enough of a journal left to tape up and mail. So, that's what I'm doing tomorrow, off to the post. I'll let you know when the journal returns home.

  1. I have the same reaction ... I get so into each "exercise" I want to do said exercise on every page of the book!

  4. Good idea to post it now or else the post office might send it to the refuse bin or condemn it! Funny enough, I took last week off too but really got into it today, even Riley was helping me out squishing and making messes. Great fun!

  11. You know, I never even thought of mailing it to me NOW, rather than when finished, even though it DID say I didn't have to do the book in order! Good idea!
