Halloween decorating continues.
I think I'm almost finished with the ghosts and goblins.
Including kitchen towels!
Halloween is fun around here.
There is the annual block party.
We all meet at one house with our candy in tow.
We have pizza, hot dogs and drinks of all kinds
while we give candy to the kids and tell them how great they look.

In family news,
my BGD (Beautiful God Daughter)
announced that they are expecting.
She and her Knight decided they didn't want to know if baby is a girl or boy.
That makes deciding on yarn for a baby afghan easy,
or hard depending on how you feel!!

So I decided on all the colors of the rainbow in their brightest!

A Halloween block party for all the neighbours and little trick or treaters sounds wonderful -- a great idea!
Hey, I think you are having too much fun over there :)
And congratulations on the upcoming new addition to your family. I'm sure your gorgeous afghan will be treasured forever!!
Congrats!Beautiful crochet for the new baby!Cute Halloween decoration.Hugs!
I really enjoy handing out candy to the neighbourhood children in their costumes. They are so cute. How fun to anticipate a baby for your god daughter.
Love your Halloween mosaic, very spooky! I'm looking forward to a visit from the children who live in our tiny village. The parents drive them from house to house and he costume re varied and fun, I have the candy waiting.
Happy Mosaic Monday.
The colors of the rainbow is a perfect pattern and nice bright colors. I love your towels...I actually went into a store today looking for some Fall towels but didn't find any. OH....I just did my review on The Curious Charms of Arthur Pepper. I 'liked' yours and LOVED the book! So quirky and fun! Hugs!
Luv the rainbow afghan. Congratulations to your Goddaughter. Happy Mosaic Monday and thanks for dropping by my blog today
much love...
oh that afghan is perfect! I love that people are using brighter colors for babies these days
I like the idea of the community party - in our neighborhood, the homes are so far apart (and there are no street lights) that it would not make sense for the few kids to go around trick-or-treating. Your sort of party would benefit the kids AND the adults! Love the afghan, and congratulations on the upcoming new addition!
I love the colour of your baby rug, and am happy to hear that the happy couple don't want to know if it is a boy or a girl. So rare these days not to find out. I think it takes away from the surprise at the end! Have a fabulous week and thank you for visiting my blog this week.
Oh my goodness that is a beautiful afghan. I love all the colors! I like your Halloween decorations also.
...I must say, you are the Halloween Gal!
My daughter hosted a Halloween block party some few years ago for all the kids in her neighborhood and it turned out awesome. How fun, I bet yours will be great too with such fun stuff you have !
Love that yarn potholder too.
Hugs,
Fabby
I had to chuckle at the cat in your second photo. Mischief in the making, lol!

Halloween sounds like such fun in your neighborhood. Our neighborhood is quite busy and could go well into the night, but we turn off the lights at 8:30 as we have already given out over 300 treats and we are exhausted, but everybody has fun and it is great to see the costumes. I think your new little baby will be happy with the afghan. The colors are perfect and just beautiful. Thanks for your visit and Happy Weekend to you..Judy
I love all of your Halloween decor and what a fun neighborhood that you live in! The afghan and all the colors are gorgeous, the baby will love it.
Congrats!! What a beautiful afghan!! thanks so much for stopping by!!
