It was one of those "this and that" weeks.
Heat records have been set all week.
It's not even UGHust!
The last Rice U baseball home series has come and gone.
I found these at the grocery and thought they'd be fun at the tailgate.
They were!

Mother's Day with the Houston Astros at Minute Maid Park.
I do love Orbit and all his shenanigans.
He must be one of the best major league baseball mascots.
Lots blooming in Musashi's Garden.

Miss Amelia Day Lily
Persian Garden Day Lily
Mini Pearl Day Lily
I order all my daylilies from Oakes.
I've been very pleased with the plants and the service.

Hello, your lilies and flowers are all gorgeous. I have not seen those cupcakes being sold here. The Astros have a cute mascots. Have a happy day!
Your flowers are gorgeous!
Enjoy baseball season -- you're a true fan!
Lovely post! Thanks for the daylily recommendation! They are gorgeous.
If this is May, one has to wonder what August will be like.
Beautiful flowers and Orbit is a champ, isn't he?
I've seen those cupcakes but I have never tried them
I don't particularly like chocolate cake so I'm glad to see the baseball cupcakes come in yellow cake. Wonder if I can find any today for a baseball nut friend who is retiring!
...I enjoy the Hostess yellow cake, but after the business was sold we only have chocolate. Clever, 'Day Game' and 'Night Game.' We will need to wait for daylilies in this area. Thanks for stopping by, enjoy your weekend.
Those lilies are gorgeous!
Have a wonderful weekend!
What fabulous flowers! I really miss having Hostess products around :(
beautiful flowers!
"Take me out to the ball game …" you have me in a summer Cracker Jack and hot dog kind of mood! Yummy! Enjoy the rest of your weekend!
Beautiful florals Snap. I saw the first one of the Hostess cupcakes and I have to tell you a story. I grew up with Hostess products. So after I came back to the states after living abroad for 20 years the first thing I wanted to do was eat all of my childhood favorites. I especially liked the Twinkies but I think they've discontinued them now.
How cute is this. It looks like you had a great time. Thanks for sharing at Keep In Touch.
