Hooking At Thanksgiving

I get several emails daily from various yarn companies.
They are all into their holiday mode sending out 12 Days of Holiday cheer!

I thought I'd share a few of them with you.

All of these were made from the Sugar 'N Cream cotton yarn by Lily.
You can go here to see some more patterns.

Red Heart is in the middle of their 12 Days of Christmas
and Caron has just started theirs. I'm a bit partial to Caron.
I think they do a wonderful job each year picking out new projects for the holidays.

With only 48 days left until Christmas, I'm thinking I'm so far behind I should start on next years crocheting!

Mary is our lovely hostess for Mosaic Monday.
Be sure to visit. Each Mosaic is different. Each has its own story to tell.

Wishing you well and a JOY filled week.

Ahh I love holiday crocheting and knitting. Like you, I'm so far behind I think next year's list might be a better bet.

Snap - forget fall and Thanksgiving - even Christmas is just around the corner - you need to concentrate on Valentine's Day!

That's some serious hooking! I think I like the flat turkey trivet the best.

They are all so cute! The turkey place mat is adorable! I don't think I will be able to do much crocheting this year... lot of other stuff on my plate :)

What cute patterns! I do like the Turkey, and think I might just have the right yarn for that one a couple of the others...especially the pumpkins. Now if I just had the time. Thanks for the link.

Why on why did I not learn to crochet PROPERLY! All I can do it knit, knit, knit. These patterns are so cute. Since I started blogging in February, my knitting has been put on the back burner...and I really do need to get back to it. This post may well inspire me to pull out the old needles and the Lily Sugar and Cream - I love knitting on it - and start the old cotton dishcloths for the teachers’ Christmas presents. They beg me for them every year. Have a happy week. Genie

Good morning, Snap!
Your crocheted creations are all so adorable. You are quite talented. I know if I were to attempt such a thing I'd have a huge knotted mess. I love your pumpkins. They're so cute, and I love your turkey!

I hope you have yourself a great day,
