A Cup of Joy!

I'm a little late with a tea post.
Photo taking is a bit on the iffy side when it is so dark and dreary outside.
So, I decided to light up the Christmas tree and have tea under the tree.

Royal Albert Christmas Tree

This is Royal Albert's Christmas Tree cup and saucer.

Royal Albert Christmas Tree

The little red teapot is by Kensington.
The tea is a lovely tisane by Stash called Christmas Eve.
It is especially nice in the evening before bedtime.

A Cup of Joy

Merry Christmas

I'm joining some tea parties today:

Wishing all of you well, much joy and a wonderful cup of tea!

Merry Christmas!

Snap,
Beautiful photographs. Love your tree and the cup and saucer are exquisite.

I am almost done but for the wrapping. I am somewhat wrapping and bow making challenged so it will take more than one cup of tea!

Hi Snap,
Your little tea under the Christmas tree is lovely. The teacup is beautiful and I like your red teapot. Both are perfect for the holiday season. I would love to find another Christmas teacup as I have only one. Thank you for sharing your cozy tea with us at Tea Time and have a beautiful week.

Christmas blessings,
Sandi

Oh! I'm having Santa envy over your magical one pictured here. And such a lovely teacup. It is such a grey day here, what a great idea for tea under the tree. x

Lovely Snap. I agree it's hard to photograph with cloudy skies outside. But your photos are lovely! Love your pretty Christmas tree teacup! I love Stash teas as well...haven't seen their Christmas versions around though. Thanks for sharing and linking to Tuesday Cuppa Tea!

Oh it looks so beautiful! Sometimes the tree lights make such a big difference in a bleak December. Texas has really been under the weather.

What a pretty, sweet tea cup! And the red teapot is so festive. Sitting with a cup of tea and looking at Christmas lights sounds like the most peaceful thing I could do right now. :-)

What a beautiful and perfect place to have tea. Your pics turned out beautifully.

I have been so bad about teatime Tuesday rolling around and my not being prepared. It seems I am doing everything in the world lately but what I really WANT to do, ya know?

This is a lovely post, and your teacup set is gorgeous. Hugs.
