Musashi's Garden

Monday is usually A Simple Woman's Daybook day,
but today I thought we'd take a walk through Musashi's garden
and see what's blooming.

The gardenias are coming to an end.

Calla Lily

Tigridia
This is the first year I've tried these bulbs.
They only bloom for a day.

I hope you enjoyed your brief walk through Musashi's Garden.
May you have a beautiful week.

I don't think I've ever seen tigridia before, they are beautiful. Bulbs, you say? I wonder if they will grow in my zone, I will have a look in the fall. I have always loved calla lilies - they don't seem real, which is their attraction. What, you mean this is real?!

oh wow, they are beautiful! Are they all yours? I recently got my first orchid and am suprised it's still alive - I thought they were really complicated just because they're so elegant...

Beautiful garden! What a shame the tigridia bloom for only one day. They are lovely.

I could smell a gardenia forever...they are so beautiful as are all the flowers. We used to have bushes of them in Florida and while blooming..would permeate the air with their heady smell. Nice tour...I'd love to do it any day!!

Now that's a flower I've never seen before! Tigridia. Beautiful but how sad that they only last for one day.

Love the tour. That calla lily is my favorite.
