Camera Critters 49

Camera Critters

It's back to the Livestock Show!

Start off with a long horn.

Twins!
Mr. Dragon had to take this picture over kids (the two-legged variety).
It's kind of hard to see the lambs ... one lying in the straw in the corner
and the other standing up by his Mom. His little tail was going 90 miles an hour!
Too cute!

This is a lion head bunny.

Same bunny. Apparently as they mature the hair around their neck
and face gets very long like a lion's mane. The fur/hair on
their body gets much shorter.

This is the little lamb in the corner.

This mom had two black lambs.

This is what I remember about going to the state fair ...
Elsie, Beauregard, and Elmer (the steer).
No Elmer at this livestock show, but Elsie was there ...

and Beauregard (who didn't want his portrait taken)!

Happy Weekend!

Interesting...I've never before heard of a lion head bunny, and yours is the second one I've seen in today's cc - cute little buggers, eh?! (I luv the little lambs, too!)

Thanks for sharing these, and enjoy the rest of your weekend!

The shot of the longhorn is awesome, I can't believe how huge the horn are (especially in relation to the kid riding it)

That's the second lion-head bunny I've seen on CC today. How interesting with all that extra fluff around their faces.

I love livestock shows! I loved our local fair (pomona county fair) and my favorite was always the farm animals.

That long-horn is impressive. I don't know how they lift their heads - that head gear looks heavy!

Happy Critturday!
